When that stump is in the way!
What do footings, fences and gardens have in common? They all have the potential to be stumped!
Stumps that have been left behind in the ground can be a real nuisance, especially when you have plans for the area where the stump is.
When a tree is removed it’s common for the root system to remain in the ground. It’s difficult to know how far the root system goes by just looking at it from above, and who knows where you might end up if you try to dig up all those roots! Unfortunately, finding a stump where you have plans for that space can be a problem, and often working around the stump is not an option. It’s either got to come out, or it’s got to get well below ground-level.
Stump grinding has countless benefits, the most obvious of which is being able to use the area again for something new. We can grind deep enough to replant, sow grass or even dig foundations where your stump once sat. Just let us know what you’re planning and we’ll help make it happen!
